Two and a half weeks..will it be bye bye Beardie??

As we approach three weeks, including a weekend bye, we will head to Riverside to take on the Reign.

It would appear that number 5 would apply, as they have yet to exercise any ruling power. Not that we have engaged in any "total world domination" (any Pinky and the Brain fans out there??) thus far, but they have 12 goals in 7 games, while giving up 84, which means they give up on average as many goals per game as they have scored in the entire season. I like our chances..I will head to Target and get me a nice new electric shaver for my Saturday afternoon shave..The Lightning have put up 7 and most recently 9 against them--so again, I like our chances.  Confidence, from the drop of the puck, the simple key!

But forget all that! We will win because we have improved defensively, and the Riverside team will find us even more impenetrable than when they saw us and were able to sneak two goals by us when we met just five weeks ago.

Honestly, with a hint from a local barber, my beard itch is well under control, and I have no doubt I could maintain my scruff as needed...here is a quick photo montage. Enjoy..the greying puppy is our chocolate lab, Roxy!
